First Steps to Your Custom Home
Not sure where to start? It’s never too soon to call us, we are here to help you even if you are just at the “idea” stage of new home or remodel.
We have experience in building a variety of houses, whether you have a water front property that you would like to build a house on with walls of windows, or piece of farmland that you want a low country farm house on, or a lot in a neighborhood where you want your custom home to stand out from the others, or a cottage style home, we will work with you to suit your needs, your timeline, and your budget.
Already Have Plans?
If you already have a full set of plans, we will provide a complimentary proposal for you. If you have preliminary plans that are not yet fully completed by an architect, perhaps you found a floor plan in a book or on-line, we can provide a rough estimate based on those preliminary plans.
We do not price “per square foot (sq. Ft.)” This is because the cost per square foot can vary depending on what our customers choose for finishes, for example a specialty tile floor would cost more than vinyl floor in most instances.
Already Have A Home?
If you have an existing home that requires a remodel or addition, we will work on brainstorming with you to ensure all of your space is used to its full protentional, that your renovation and/or addition flow smoothly with your existing home and that the end result has the “wow” factor you would expect from a large remodel or addition.
Attention to Detail
We take pride in our work and pay attention to every detail, we provide custom built closets to your specifications, offer the option of our custom rounded corner drywall installation (if you choose to have it), and our sub-contractors, most of whom we have worked with for decades, will work seamlessly with you and provide the highest quality while considering your budget.
